Friday – Status Green. Greens Dew Removal, & Casts knocked about Hole’s tapped out & trimmed, Approaches switched & nipped, Daily setup tasks, Traffic Control ongoing, Turfing of Forward Tee’s started, with 1st & 18th on the hit list today, Cut & Collect still going on…. making great progress though 💪

Thursday – Status Green, Practice Ground Closed 12-2 for Maintenance. Greens trimmed. Greens getting their first Granular Slow Release Feed…. bit of Disease around so this will help with recovery during this dewy, mild & foggy high pressure period. Daily Setup tasks, Driveway tidy, Tee Banks trimmed, 1st Cut topped, Soil shaping now the material…

Wednesday – Status Green, Carry if able. Greens Rolled, Fresh Pin Position’s, Tee’s getting some love…. with a Slit from Old Betsy Blue 🚜, Switch of casts and flick the grass up + a Mow from ride on & Pedestrian, 2nd Cut of Semi Trimmed, Long Rough Cut & Collect continues, Remaining Fairway’s mown later…

Tuesday – Status Amber, 10th Tee Start. Greens Trimmed, First Application of our Autumn/Winter Turf Hardener programme now the weather & Temperatures have fully changed. Some Acid, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn & Wetter. Two Mowers Mob handed cutting Approaches so they have enough time to fully switch pesky Casts off Collars & Approaches then mow…

Monday – Status Red. Greens getting a roll, Daily setup with a heavy Divot over the Tee’s & traps scratched, Leaves doing their thing out here… starting to drop swiftly, so mob handed leaf clearance with Back Packs & PTO driven, No prizes for what half has been done… Leaf Season is officially here! Sunday- Course Status Red, Please carry if possible. Course setup taking place this morning with holes changed, Tee set and a divot from yesterday’s play, Blowing and more blowing of playing surfaces, Ball collection also happing later.
